sir,

today i try with ult pro to remove this i give command direct unlock but all done ok but phone code not cleared
please guide me how to remove thios

Phone on without sim 2945#*# select factory reset will reset phone code but also format handset

thanks for your reply colin i now this if we want to reset only user code and we need all data then what the way
