also is it smart card probelm? can i open box and fix smart card? please advise as i have tried everything that is posted in this thread except opening box. as i did not want to void gurantee of this box. thanks

he doesnt have smartcard problem .. he had problem in his regional language
to solve this problem make sure u have correct settings like in this screenshot

hi siroya i did that setting still it says {error15} box detection failed. smartcard not found. i bought this box four weeks ago. first one did same gsmworkshop in manchester replaced me with another one this one is doing same. there must be some ways to sort this out.

hi siroya i manage to sort it out with new usb cable as the cable that came with the box was faulty. i manage to unlock ke850 and ke970 as well . thanks for your excellent support and the software is brillant i can't wait to unlock more phones cheers.

all user for this problem
1-u must unstall ult pro
2-unplog any box(setool nspro ......)
3-install ult pro restart pc
4-connect ult pro to usb and install driver
5-restart pc
6-restore reginal and language options to default no use other lang
7-open s/n reader if all ok must show sn if ok open ultpro.exe all will be done
8-if not ok :-Your pc has been infected by viruses.
-Egate drivers conflict.

if not work u must install new windows and try again
