i install the program just as u say, i can open it but all the phones that i conect says tha lg model can't be find

any help ??

Your e-gate driver is wrong!
step1: Connect ULT-Pro
step2: Uninstall E-Gate Virtual Reader Enumerator and E-gate Usb Smart card!
step3: Connect ULT-Pro (Windows messages: Found new hardver:E-Gate Virtual Reader Enumerator) Browse ULT-Pro Directories/drivers, select ini...
step4: Disconnect and reconnect box!
step5: Run Ult-Pro
100% that it's problem(same here was problem)
