Anybody, did you use the "Panasonic GD88 flash tools" Software?

It can unlocked your fone and flash upgrade, activate eeprom,activate language function.

anybody, if have " GAD87A19-19.rel "file and use winmodo 1.1 to downgrade , then you can use "Panasonic GD88 flash tools" to unlock eeprom and activate all language function.

I have downloaded the "Panasonic GD88 flash tools"...(9MB)..
but the Software doesnt work ( WinXP Prof, eng. Vers).
Must I have a Chinese Windows ? Or something?

And can anyone say me what UNlocking means ?
