Big problem with Panasonic G51m - GSM-Forum

I bought Panasonic G51m few hours ago. Downloaded few polyphonic ringtones. I played it, then wanted to delete, and when i pressed delete phone showed to me Not Done. And now when i need to open thing that is connected with ringtones, it shows Not Done too. I tried restoring to factory settings. It restores, but nothing happens to problem. Plz help me...
