when i make 746 menu menu unlock network for enter code
he tell me contact provider
any solution for this.

There isnt any free soft for GD87

Use remote unlock by spanish server - it performs direct unlock (by writing EEPROM, not giving codes). Look for logger with gd87 picture at the top of status window
