gd67 corrupt imei - GSM-Forum

Phone is dead, but it can connect to computer, can flashing. When I want to read unlock code, imei and product code is corrupt, when I want to read log, it say "error reading data", cb2000 say "error reading imei". What can I do with this phone? Any suggestions?
