GD75 "SIM error" or "Call rejected" - GSM-Forum

GD75 have problem:
With SIM - result SIM error and phone restart.
Without SIM - when I call 112 phone say "Call rejected".
Somebody have solution how to solve this strange problem?

P.S. Reflash didn't help.

try reball CPU-for me it sometimes helps..
