GD87 Dead, Error Flashing boot sector. - GSM-Forum

My Panasonic GD87 is dead, there was an upload error while flashing boot sector, using a data cable & external power mod.

There is no power, the phone will not charge & will not enter test mode.

i would like some help to fix my expensive paper weight if possible,

Can Jtag / Labtool 48 help me ?

You have to use a BGA 93 adapter for writting the flash IC inside the GD87

Hi Drugstore, from my side, the most difficult was to find a BGA 93 adapter...
If you have some skills, i saw on the forum that we can enter into the bootloader mode by changing the flash IC, deselect the boot zone writting in winmodo, then when the flashing process start, unplug the cable, soldering back the flash IC, then reflashing again the boot+main+lp areas.... with full flash

i tried already without success

, it is very difficult to change the flash ic and keep the phone in bootloader mode at the same time!
