Member: 44572 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Look the phone's bottom. You will see all the pins. Isolate pins 4 & 10 (start counting from LEFT to RIGHT). Switch OFF the phone, REMOVE the simcard, and when you press the button to get the log, press twice the On/Off button (2 short keytaps.) It should lit, show a message on screen and start downloading. BUT ISOLATE the pins. If it does not work get back to me and ask for further help Aris |
