Yesterday I updated my GD88 at Panasonic service center.
When I checked *#9999#, it shows like this.

No CustomPack
---------------------------

Is this the newest one?

I got a new game "Tetris" from this update.
Now I have 2 games "Herding Sheep" & "Tetris".
And also Pana service explained "camera's ability is
better than previous firmwares".

This update is totally free.
I think everyone should go to nearest service center.

i did a search for him on icq and found only one and it was in tokyo.. well well.. one question for u then...
Im gonna call the local panasonic service and ask what firmware they have here on monday.. if they have a newer one like a82 or newer then im gonna leave it for upgrade..
On to the question, do u know any solution to extract the bios? If it is, then there are some cool things to do

like the present bios we have

why r u asking is it A82 it's written! but sthg i dont understand is that it's GAD57? but u have a 87! and the date is previous than my A53 !
btw u didnt answer to all my questions
