Good news! eeprom unlocked by downgrading...

Hi my mates!
Well, now I'am a proud owner of an eeprom unlocked and (sim free) Gd87 with a39spy! How I did it? Mh, first I tried to unlock my german Vodafone handy with this stupid unlock code method!but the most programs, also crack2d didn't work... because the didn't give me an unlock code... i don't know why....
So I downgraded a39 to a22 and at finaly to v21 !!!!!
and this was the answer! I couldn't believe it, when i checked with cb2000 v1.35c the lock status! It was eeprom unlocked!!!!
At the end i upgraded back to a39 again, without clearing memory with cb2000!
So i have now Tetris and Herding sheeps (changed with cb2000) and the original japan panasonic menu, with this "gamepad" u know?
Perhaps, this is your solution too!!!

You can do it much easier... downgrade to A19, and run the cracked gd87unlocker!!!! THAN EEPROM IS UNLOCKED!!!!!!!!!!! Then you can flash back to A39, but it is important that you dont erase the memory... now you have an unlocked EEPROM!!

But dont be so stupid as me and run the cracked gd87unlocker with the A39 Version!!!!!
When you run it in A39 the EEPROM will be locked again, and you must do all the process again!!!

And does anybody have the original A39 with CAMCLICK and the GERMAN LANGUAGE FILE l57 ?? Couse only the l57 works fine with INFUSIO settings....but the l56 Language Pack works fine with INTERNAL settings, many people say it is better, u have 2 games... but I cant use the VODAFONE LOAD-A-GAME service.... thats mean I cant load a game ...

So did I but anyway CRACK2D can't connect to my phone and I get a time out. (Use USB-cable)
Tried with A19 A21 and A22
Could someone help me please?

Befor u can connect to CRACK2D you must isolate PIN 4 and 10.....only when you do that it works fine!! And before u start CRACK2D you must shut off your mobile.... when you press on GD87 then start on your handy....and it works!! And I think with the USB CABLE it doesnt work.... anyone must test it....

Hmm, I seem to have posting the same thing twice! Sorry about that. PC must be playing up.

Anyway, if I don't need crack2d then how exactly did you manage to unlock your phone Fenucci? I can't even get CB2000 to recognise the fact that my phone is connected!

I isolated the pins and did everything else like with CB2000 which works fine also with USB-cable. Bu it stil doesn't work.
Has somebody a solution for my problem?

crack2d is the same as the gd87 unlocker

it does work with the usb cable on com1

i have done it

one thing i noticed is i have a red border instead of blue when i change some settings in cb2000 on a39

How did you put your USB-cable on Com1 mine is on com3.
I think this is why it doesn't work.

get into system/hardware/device manager then select

ports {com lpt}
mat-usb to serial bridge {only if yours is a usb cable}
rightclick properties
port settings
advanced
change com port number
then ok

u might have to restart pc
