I am getting Problem in this Adler tool ! plz anyone can help me ?

which dongle ?? I have been using this from 1 year ! without any dongle ! But now after I updated my system its not working !

as per my knowledge dongle is needed for flash tool4.4. ok any how if you want that missing dlls i can upload them
