How do i know wut software is currently on my phone?

I need to flash it to get rid of SIM ERROR but dont know if i have to upgrade to A22 b4 going to A51.

Use CB2000 - one of the things it displays is the current firmware - something like "GAD87A22" - the last 3 characters are the firmware revision level.

If the phone is working normally, you can also get the firmware version using *#9999# just after power on (when it first displays "searching for network").

I don't think reflashing your phone will fix the SIM error, though.

first find your soft ver.. with *#9999# at phone startup

yes you can aviod sim error with newer firmware ver.

but have in mind that flashing phone is dangerous task if you
are not 100% sure what are you doing
