is GD87 a DCT 4/5 phone?

Is it possible can anyone only unlock DCT 4 / 5 phones through IEMI codes? eg, unlocking GD87

gd itz panas phone, dct4 - nokia product
unlock dct4 through imei is possible when you can calculate codes....

I was wondering unlock my gd87 at a website(http://www.milleniummobiles.com/unlocking.asp). they told me they can caculate GD87's net code out only by IMEI. But I doubt, ask them why, they relied, because GD87 is a dct4/5 phone! As cause of that, I asked such stupit question here again!

u can unlock motorola with siemens terminator

using 7650 cable.
