p55,EB-90S055P55 modem up/down problem after flash with this file Panasonic_P55_4.4.028.P3.141231.7298D_I01_ phone show in device manager

bro please use another pc with cynus adb driver and then try wih F1 tool

just press 1 and enter
it will do the rest
