One question about flashing with WinModo - GSM-Forum

When I want to flash firmware I must select MAIN area.
When must I select BOOT+MAIN? And what about flashing only BOOT area?

ALWAYS select BOOT+MAIN,when you will flash MAIN file.

Mostly, it is advised to select Boot+Main, when you are upgrading firmware. When you are flashing the same firmware version, no need to select Boot. There is no specific case for flashing Main area.
