and is necessary new flash, not unlook.
which soft free i possible use for it operation and the schematic cable ?

no important for me unloock or change imei!
only flash the soft!
BUT NO FIND THE COMPLETE SCHEMATIC CABLE,
only pinout for mobile,but not connect in rs-232

because I can't found it and can't dump from other phone (donor).

in this moment the fw is dead...
after few second pawer the fw resect continually and not stop.

but in this moment i have the soft e fw for flash,
but i find in web the schematic cable for rs232,
and try whit all soft, but the program not connect whit mobile

please please post the correct schematic

I have same problem, i have phone X60 fw A54. I want to decustomize it.

I use T191 cable which unlocked phone fine, but i can't connect to phone for flashing it with any app, either terror, myky, flastools 3.2 and 4.4, panaufo, etc.

Always the same, timeout.

Any idea? I'm running Xp SP2. Also tried under VMware and W98.

Does the A54 need some special trick to start flashing procedure?

and whit Panasonic X6x Flasher V1.0.99 complete the flash and the mobile in thuis moment is ok.
but i don't know the version have in this moment...

and impossible for me use the panaufo4.1 and the flash-tool3.2 the program find the mobile and start, but stop when send the boot...why?

Problem solved. Migrated test field to my old portable also running XP SP2 and all worked fine at first try with flashtools 3.2.
