i have problem regarding to my panasonic g 60 it has a signal but it cannot recieve call and text thankxxx

The exclamation maker icon means you have one or more WAP Push messages. These are basically just like emails for WAP, mine where from o2. To get rid of it, launch your browser and hold the zero key. Then you'll get a menu displaying the messages
