Unlock GD87 by file

Below is what stated on Gsm-Support. But they just send me the code through email. Does anyone have a sample file that will open by PanaReader5? I'm trying to save these code as a file and use PanaReader5 to unlock but don't know in what extension its accept. I tried to save the code portion as a txt file but its not recognize by PanaReader. I just need to see how the code save in the file.
