Please Please help me! - GSM-Forum

I had a go at unlocking a friends panasonic gd87e. I have the cable and i was messing around i didnt really know what i was doing this being the first time i had done this. So i tried flashing the firmware to a53 but this never worked and the phone didnt turn on.I then reflashed it to a22 and i came on asking me to insert sim card. I then tried to get the log file but it told me i have an incorrect firmware version. So i flashed it to a39 but as it was doing it just froze at 1k. Now the phone does nothing even when i go into the flashing program. Is the phone completley dead or is there something i can do

Any help would be appreciative as i am pretty screwed
