HI everybody,
I got this gd87 locked. i tried to downgrad it to ver 22 so i it can be unlocked but i got a dead phone!!!
i have used winmodoplus 2002 beta v0.11 and i've choosed boot + main the 2 green and after signaling iv'e powered on the phone and after protocol.......etc
i got waiting for erase response.. and nothing after for some minutes so i disconnected the phone and now it's dead !!!!
it won't flash anymore!!!

any help to revive it please

Never tested, but i think you need to swap the flash ic with another good GD87, so your Flash IC can be booted and flashed again & than reball it back to your dead phone. The same situation i solved it flashing in a strange way with a GD67 totally dead. Better contact a master in repairement & don't do this your self. Or may be use the warranty if you have one!

please can someone explain me why the boot can not be written again?
if it was erased by the sw why it should not write it again or is there a trick to bypass it?
and i need to know if there is a sw that repair such phones with destroyed boot i will pay for it$$$!

The boot area contains the flash loader, wich actually writes the flash or starts the phone's os. So if you erase the boot section, you cant flash anymore with the service cable.

COOL... didn't we told here atleast 100 times DO NOT DISCONNECT IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG!!!

when i put the phone on charger i got the red signal does it mean the phone is not totally dead?
please another question : if i desolder the flash chip can i programm it again with labtool48 ? cause some friends told me that labtool don't have support for such type of flash!!!
