i have a dead gd87 and experience in soldiering can anyone help me out?

depends how it died,water damage? dropped? bootsector erased? currupt firmware? so many possibilities so little info need as much info as you can give.

it was interrupted during the beginning process of flashing

only reflash with JTAG!!!!

whats JTAG ?
how can i get it?
isnt there a part i can replace?

+ anothers 2 ways (1) reflash NEC flash IC on external flash programer tool (i have ****A and work well) or (2) use good flashed IC to put your phone in flash mode and replace it keeping phone in this state.
