Try All Phones Data Suitehttp://www.apds.cz/eng/apds.html to backup your Sms (only those stored on sim card) and Phonebook or this free program GD Phonebook (phonebook only) at http://www.panamail.ru/gsm/sup/gdphonebook.html The Cable i use on my gd67 is the MA-8310P USB for the gd87 and it works perfect. http://www.matweb-01.com |

Member: 43003 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | Thanx Tzortzis: Software for Data Transfer Thanx Tzortzis......... Thank you very much for your reply. Juz now I'm downloading those softwares. Is there some s.w that could download the text msgs in the phone's memory too, to a PC? The serial cable schematic in the link http://revenge.gol.ge/datacable.html works perfect with my GD 68. I tested it with a s.w from the same site, actually provided for GD 75/76 called GSMTest v 0.22 by Red Diablo . The link for the software is http://revenge.gol.ge/soft75.html Thanx once again Tzortzis... Arun |

Member: 38714 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Well, i've searched and searched the net for months and i didn't find any way to upload a wallpaper or ringtone by cable. There is no software to do that. I also tried with cb2000 (found at http://www.phantom2k3.pwp.blueyonder.../Panasonic.htm but no luck, needs a special format for wallpapers and games with "ctc" extension. I can give you some wap adresses if you want to change the way your mobile looks. For wallpapers: http://www28.brinkster.com/gd67/HTML/ http://c0re.host.sk/mywap/index.php http://gd67.wz.cz/ this one has a temporary problem. For ringtones just try http://www.tagtag.com and search for gd67 (you need firmware A29 and above) I've heard that the ringtones from http://www.esato.com are working with gd67 For monophonic ringtones try http://www.codingworkshop.com/ (there is something mentioned about polyphonic ringtones but i've not tested it yet) |

Member: 38714 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Hello again, Djadjo i have the gd67 (not working with ma-handset manager) not the gd87 phone. But i also have siemens s55 that works with MA handset manager. If the prog works with s55 as with gd87 then you are right about sms. You can store Sms only one by one. Why don't you try the original software by panasonic http://www.panasonicmobile.co.uk/GD8...7pceditor.html or try ALL PHONES DATA SUITE that surely can do what you want. You'll find the link in previous messages. There are many software programs that support gd87 that you can find at the net, unlike with gd67 Astrocyte another program that i know that supports gd67 is Fonesync. But unfortunately has been discontinued. If you search enough you can find it somewhere on the net. It has a more professional look but it is very slooowwww. Supports synchronization with outlook. 10MB zipped but i find APDS simpler and faster. |
