Sim Mep Lock Failed

We have entered code 12, 32 and 53 and now get the message "SIM MEP LOCK FAILED" on the phone and it will not accept any sim.

Please help

It should have been 32 and then 12
Try it
When you first enter code 32 you will get sim meo fail, and then after entering 12 all is cleared and the phone is unlocked

Hi friend, I've try to insert first code 32 and then code 12, but everytime the phone says Phonecode Locked ! Then I've try also code 53 only and 32, 12, 53 or 12, 32 and 53 But nothing ! What i do?

I must flash? If use winmodo what firmware i must download in my GD55 and where i can find any firmware version?
