Unlock X700 problem


Hi, InfinitySupport
Today, I have problem about unlock x700.

------------------------------------------------------------------------

Testing COM1 at 115200...
Device: X700,X701
Checking data, wait...
Action: TestMode On

Press Power button now !

Set Baud Done

When I connect my X700 to PC by usb cable.
The PC don't answer.

You can see my usb pinout.

I - u must post this in the infinity section , not here
II -1. Connect ordinary X70 cable (COM port cable) to phone

2. Start software and select COM port, 115200 baud

3. Make "Backup for unlock" option checked

4. Go to "Service" tab and press "TestMode On" button

5. Press phone power button

6. Wait until process complete. result will be like on picture: X700_step-1-complete.jpg

7. Remove/Install battery, disconnect X70 cable.

8. Power-On phone. You will see on LCD info like on picture X700_LCD-1.jpg

9. Connect X700 USB cable. PC ask for drivers.

10. Install drivers from "Drivers" folder

11. You will see on LCD info like on picture X700_LCD-2.jpg

12. Go to "Device Manager" and find "X700 modem" device: X700_Modem_in_Device_Manager.jpg

13. Check, what COM-port used for this "X700 modem": X700_Modem_Properties.jpg

14. Go back to software "Settings" tab

15. Press "Scan" button

16. Select COM port according to "X700 modem" device: X700_Modem_COM-port_selection.jpg

17. Go to "Service" tab and press "Unlock" button

It can be that phone LCD blink several times and PC show error during COM port access.

In this case press "Stop" button, wait several seconds and press "Unlock" button again.

18. Wait until process complete.

19. Power-On phone and check it.

**** and to solve your problem : ****
1. Connect phone to X70 cable (COM port cable)

2. Select ordinary COM-port

3. Power-Off phone

4. Press "TestMode Off" button and press phone power button

III- try to read manual
