Unlocking EEPROM - Help?? - GSM-Forum

Hi
I'm trying to unlock my EEPROM using Cracked2D and having a problem with it - it keeps saying:

Press POWER ON.... OK!!!
Detecting phone type...ERROR!!!
Communication error, try again!

However I have used CB2000 and WinMoDo with no problems! Am I right that for cracked2d, pins 4 and 10 have to be isolated??

I have been doing some reading on this program looking for it myself. From what I've read this program will only work on COM port 1. It has the options for other com ports but they will not work. Hey would you mind sending me crack2d too? I cant find it anywhere! my email is [email protected]

Oh ya. I think you have to have the A22 flash or earlier on your phone before you can run the unlocker. Someone with more experience could probably confirm this.

phone must be less than A39 to work with it.

However if it is greater phone should be detected anyway read the imei, PR1 and PR2 and then egt a comm fail when trying to read the simlock.

what program is this
will it unlock my gd87
if it does what do i have to do to the pins?
where do i get it ?
what is this a39? where do i find this out ?

any help or step by step would be great

i tried spunlock but keep getting timeout when trying to read codes.

i need to get my phone unlocked

please help

a39=sw version. When power up phone press quickly *#9999# & phone will show sw verion(GAD87a39......). Search around couse this is a executed prob. on old posts!

1. downgrade to a22
2. Cover Pins 4 & 10 (for USB Cable), use crack2d to unlock.
but be carefull to doing flash, ok.
