unlocking problem with gd87 - GSM-Forum

i have the spunlock software but get the time out when trying to read the codes.

also is there any other software i have to have installed before doing this, im using win xp pro, and it hasnt picked up the phone which gives me the feeling it isnt connected correctly.

any help please.

Win XP not work with many unlock software... try to use Windows 98SE..... And this soft can´t unlok all versions of GD87 only olds....

im now in 98, dloaded software again, still same message timeout..

do u know the reason why?
when i switch the phone on it says invalid sim,emergency calls only, if i use 746 it is definetly locked but i cant get this software to work,
how cai i find the version of the phone

press hard but fast, so that u dont have to reboot again
