Uploading Games to GD87 - GSM-Forum

Hi, can someone please help me as im new to this, ive read on the forum that you need cb2000 to be able to upload games to the phone, i have this and it works great, my question is how exactly do i upload to my phone using cb2000, i have a few games with extensions .ctc and .exn, which one should i use?

Thanks, after uploading the games it didnt work so looks like ive got the new firmware and will have to change it.
