Hi! I have problem to unlock one VS3. Customers tryed to unlock it, and now menu is blocked. Know anybothy way to unblock it?

I don't use any software. I buy code by IMEI, phone was in customer. In this time "clever" customer (in fact his "clever" child) find unlock menu code "52824**", and tried single-handed unlock it... again, and again... After that engineering menu totaly bloced, and don't access to any of position. They are not available

Try with Red box -Direct unlock for - Panasonic VS3

52824** and then press 2, and then the 8 digits unlock code!

I'm so stupid, last Redbox update since 07.03.2006 work with VS3. Thanks for all you posts.

but redbox can't reset blocked phone

if you have infinity box you can solve this problem with flash

if you read carefully you can understund that he used @ramone777 solution :
52824** and then press 2, and then the 8 digits unlock code!
and this mean that he have the unlock code but he don't know how to enter it.

for reset code try this: *01763*737381# (not tested with vs3, but working 100% with some other panasonic phone)

this code doesn't work with VS3 - just tested . And I still need solution how to reset the code ...
