VS7 Band change

Hi, I'm using PhoneTools v9.5 with my Panasonic VS7 and in the status windows the program shows this:

Target SW Ver: NBG_LEOPARD_05.24 SMARTI_SDB1 SGOLDliteV1.1
Target EEP Ver: 150
RF Band Support: 850 & 900 & 1800 & 1900Mhz
RF:
BaseBand: S-GOLDlite v1.1
Features present: FFS, BlueTooth, AM/FM Radio., MPEG3, Voice Rec, Reduced Signaling Test, Camera, LED & Backlight, IrDa, Monitor Sig.,

So I was wondering a way to activate the 850 Mhz support.
My problem is that in my country all the carrier use 850/1900, so in the biggest citys I have 1900 coverage, but in rural zones I lost service. This is very problematic to me since I travel (business) all the time.

If anyone could help, I will appreciate this!!!
Thanks a lot!!

yes, but the options in the program are pretty difficult, so I can't find the right way to do it.
Maybe someone does it already and could help me out.
