What Is Wrong With 9.5? - GSM-Forum

i have recieve xak tool 9.5 install all ok.
connect to phone in test mode all ok
go to security unlock "v45e" ok but phone still locked.
try to unlock "v46m" "unknow" in red, test to upload unlock scripte 1 to 5 accepte 3, after with accepted card 52824** lock spck "12345678" wrong code.
and now both of theme are permanent block

PLEASE HELP.
