but with sim on off contineously

Can i claer memory with phone tool 9.5 ?
Or where i can find cb2000 cracked ver ?

cb2000 1.5 ask dongle
unlocked but problem still
phone tool i have detect my mobile but where is erase memory or some thing like option by which i can solve the problem
