X70 Unlock Query - GSM-Forum

I understand that the only way to unlock this phone is with the log for the phone, but if i take it to a Panasonic shop can they unlock it for me? I dont mind paying

I would but the nearest shop is 81 miles away and they "wont answer over the phone"!!
