Cannot login into HWK support area

hi guys, just now i update my hwk software to 2.09. I got no problems with the software but im not able to login into support area. It says that my IP address has changed and i cannot login. Please help me with this guys.. im starving for the new update files.

problem solved

Hi guys, my problem is solved. Now im able to login into support area and download any firmware i need. Thanks for the support guys.

use mozilla firefox as your default browser
and use latest ver ........

First connect the HWK UFS box and click the connect button. Once you get connected to the box, click the support button. You can login into the support area. Thats what i did .! I had this problem while working with 2.08 version. After updating to 2.09 version i didn't had any problem. Just remember to connect to the box before contacting the support area. I hope this helps you. Please let me know if your problem persists. Than you brother..!

seam problem :

Your IP has changed. Please relogin to support.
If you constantly see this message, possible reasons are:
  • Your provider is using some load-balancing technologies that changes your IP time to time. Please contact your provider to solve this situation.
  • Your internet connection often cuts down and your modem or router reconnects and gets new IP from provider. Please contact your provider regarding internet quality
  • You are not using the last version of HWK software. Please download it from support.
