| Cannot login into HWK support area hi guys, just now i update my hwk software to 2.09. I got no problems with the software but im not able to login into support area. It says that my IP address has changed and i cannot login. Please help me with this guys.. im starving for the new update files. |

| problem solved Hi guys, my problem is solved. Now im able to login into support area and download any firmware i need. Thanks for the support guys. |

| First connect the HWK UFS box and click the connect button. Once you get connected to the box, click the support button. You can login into the support area. Thats what i did .! I had this problem while working with 2.08 version. After updating to 2.09 version i didn't had any problem. Just remember to connect to the box before contacting the support area.
