your hwk module are damaged, you need to reprog, before you do that, change usb cable, unplug hwk and plug again and check if all ok,

for program hwk you need programer, you can buy or made by your self:
repair HWK.rar

Very thanks to KIKAS112 for help to solve my problem, my HWK is working now nickel, the problem is solved with gpg HWK repair dongle and the hwk was programmed with SMPFET.
