my UFS-12 Tornado Excallber is showing error during update (HWK Update Client v2.1.0.0)

I have reinstall Support suit so many times but problem same ...

Cool check a-b usb

1. for HWK NOT CONNECTED OR DEAD check your A-B USB power cable and then check the socket in the box. if it is also OK then you have to repair your HWK

2. check your internet connection, disable firewall and antivirus... socket problem arises of internet connection n/a.
