I have reinstall Support suit so many times but problem same ... .................. And during "Update UFS Firmware" shows error following message : BOX_ERROR : 00000000. ............................. Member: 665989 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1597348 Thanks Meter: 552 | check a-b usb 1. for HWK NOT CONNECTED OR DEAD check your A-B USB power cable and then check the socket in the box. if it is also OK then you have to repair your HWK 2. check your internet connection, disable firewall and antivirus... socket problem arises of internet connection n/a. |
