Error connecting UFS: HWK LOGIN ERROR: -5

Hi, i haven't done anything or installed anything new but today i get this error for some reason

here's log
-- Reset Failed, Trying to Repair UFS ...
-- Boot Fail: C:\Program Files\Common Files\SarasSoft\Ufs.sdb
-- UFSx Device: UFS3 SarasSoft, USB S/N: 7xxxx-- Reset Failed, Trying to Repair UFS ...

Now untill HWK upgrade server still off line this reason we cant update our hwk client. Just wait for server maintaince time.

hi vicky bro..

even my ufs has some problem.. i dont know what has happened... can you please suggest...

my ufs doesnt detect any Nokia & LG phones, but it detects only Samaung phones...
i tried reinstalling it but problem not resolved... please help to rectify this problem..
