I think, U are using micro hwk OR" Old hwk. Micro hwk not supporting new version. Contact Yr reseller for Upgrage Yr box.

Download Update Client for micro Hwk: updateclient(gb-93206) - Download - 4shared - parvez_makmobile

OR" Search in google this tool "UpdateClient(33133)" or" "UpdateClient(GB-93206)"

All For thats Problem i happen to me to....
and the solution is :
really2 working for me.
you can search and Download at 4shared

How to Use it ?
Open the Palication,Click "Connect" and you'll see your Box ID Serial.
Don't Change the serial,just Click "Write Razkalizement" until the Process finish(will finish in 5-10 second).
close the Aplication,and your box & Hwk ready to Upgrade again...
