1st try to change your usb cable if not ok....
contact your reseller ...........
for buy new hwk

I confirm it is the cable, i had same problem and it got solved by using another usb cable.

checked wth diffrnt pc..checked wth diffrnt usb slot/usb cables..!!!problm will not solve in this case!!!

Now you need to do req-fbi process. For more info look into HWK sticky thread.

thanks for ur reply..inthis case this solution too..wont help..i checked it

if u r trying to update firmware by req file..it wll say hwk error:0000

if the firmware update fails..then hardware problm

so,in conclusion..its atmel ic problm..i solved it

use ufs tool and fix it and than update your box your prob. is solved

Same problem, still not solved. I have tried to update box, write fbi, box updated but problem remains. Box and HWK chip have worked ok for a month.
