Hi bro i am facing this error while running HWK_Suite_Setup_v02.10.000 kindly help me to sort out this problem

hi , i need yr help for install my box. I followed the steps that you indicated for the installation of my ufsx but when I finished and I run the programs and samsung nokia bb5, I get the message:

BOX_Auth error: 20 or unexpected Exception: BOX_Auth error

what is my box is bad or my system is bad? i reintalled my box and the driver but i have the same message. icopy UFS2XX.dll from C:\Program Files\SarasSoft\Twister\USBDriver to C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM but i have the same thing help
