Hi,
I have also been getting the same error from friday & it is because the HWK UPDATE SERVER is OFFLINE.
Please check server status here:-

& try again when it is back online.

i had the same problem , n i change 2 times. n the last, i tried with usb cable high quality, its solved the problem.
