| Hi, I have also been getting the same error from friday & it is because the HWK UPDATE SERVER is OFFLINE. Please check server status here:- SERVER STATUS USE V 2.2.0.0 - HWK Upgrade/Installation/Support Server Problem Discuss & try again when it is back online.
