Fact: HWK team dont give a damn about customers as we have had NO WORD from coder or PS regarding updates. They havent even bothered to apologise for the stupidly long wait for what in the end will be a complete anti climax release!!!

Fact is, they just dont give a crap about you or me. However they still care about £££ as they are clearly pushing HWK hard in Asia and the Middle East, cos all you idiots think its the super duper box of the century. Well its not, so deal with it.

It WAS once the best box by far, but now its just a joke. Crap support, rude product supporters, and really bad and slow updates!!

I've heard from a source a new box is on its way. Lets hope that Sha has got other coders in to help him with it, or i will make damn sure it falls on its arse. Maybe they forget what happened with 2005 HWK release and all the trouble caused by that. I was even offered 2k by one of their team to send my HWK back and never use it again.

Feel free to place your blind faith in a team that DO NOT GIVE A CRAP ABOUT YOU AS THEY CANT EVEN KEEP YOU UPDATED ON PROGRESS, LET ALONE APOLOGISE FOR TAKING SO BLOODY LONG!!!

In the meantime, if you really wanna be a professional, by tools that get updated regularly.

Almost 5 or 7 days waiting, for update/upgrade, and all my jobs pending .my custumer like as "anggry bird" in game mode, help me team !!!
