Upgrade problem with 2.0.8.0 very sensative - GSM-Forum

I do every thing who require for upgrade problem.
1.no antivirus install.
2.firewall off.
3.uninstall hwk old client
4.uninstall hwk setup.
after all uninstall then i ran new client setup after that below error for upgrade PLZ SOLUTION.

I brought a new HWK ufs micro by sara soft...
when i trying to update is says whats i write the log avove please odia do somthing....

i have here a direct download.... but still you need to update you box before installing the suite...
