i have a blackberry 9530 QUALCOMM 3G CDMA I can not find the IMEI only a MEID HEX i need help how will unlock it

If the phone is only CDMA why do you want to unlock it?

manage network.
change cdma to gsm or 2g or 3g.
then do *#06#

its dual phone.
when gsm active it use sim card and imei
when cdma active it use esn,spc & prl.

i amnaged to change from cdma to gsm as told by you but still it is not showing iemi what should i do buddy help me out

use this easy & simple

then
berryLogger.exe

plug phone click on getinfo.

all need info will be read.

but when i put mepd in sim and hen options ti shows all 4 diffrent locks unknown network & all others ................

The only way to find imei is going to Options->Status there you will find imei number of phone, luck

for finding IMEI of BB 9530 press the menu botton than goto Option and select status,here u will find ur phone imei.
MENU/OPTION/STATUS

To enter unlock code

Insert any sim card
Scroll and select “Manage connections”
Select “Turn all connections off”
Press “Escape” to go back to the “Home” screen
Go to “Options” menu and select “Advanced options”
Select “SIM card”
Select “Show keyboard”
Hold the ALT key while typing MEPD. You will not see text appear on screen while typing. This opens up a personalization menu
Hold the ALT key while typing MEP2. You will not see text appear on screen while typing
Press ALT and 2 simultaneously to get number 2.
You should be presented with a prompt “Enter Network MEP Code”
Enter supplied unlock code
After entering the code press the trackball once
Restart your phone and restore connections by following the first two steps
