As the announcement clearly says the activations will start working from 03 November, you can't use it until then.
The jobs you send are processed immediately and sent to the JAF server for activation. Sometimes it takes longer, but rest assured all will be done by 03 November.

They are saying that because they are not allowed to sell activations anymore. The solution will not be free because it's not that easy to copy it and crack it as some people would want you to believe.
EVEN IF somehow it can be copied and cracked, that will not happen immediately after it's released so by the time it's potentially cracked, you will have recovered the 49 euro spent on the activation and also make more money, so you are not losing anything.

This is the first day of activations, it will arrive later today or tomorrow.
It doesn't matter when it was added, they only started arriving from today.
