Big problem..."Credits returned"...but not!

I posted here in hope that somebody knows some simple math calculations and help me...
Here is my balance history on allGSMunlock:

**July 21, 2011 - 22:20 35.00 Finished by admin Request ID :17749
7.00 Credits, 36.00 Pending, 1090.00 Used

**July 20, 2011 - 16:00 -36.00 Requested a IMEI unlock Request ID :17750
7.00 Credits, 71.00 Pending, 1055.00 Used

**July 20, 2011 - 15:59 -35.00 Requested a IMEI unlock Request ID :17749
43.00 Credits, 35.00 Pending, 1055.00 Used -> 78 credits - 35 unlock request = 43! RIGHT!

**July 20, 2011 - 15:57 -30.00 Requested a IMEI unlock Request ID :17746
78.00 Credits, 0.00 Pending, 1055.00 Used -> 108 credits - 30 unlock request = 78....RIGHT!

**July 20, 2011 - 15:24 100.00 received_credits_from_reseller Reseller email :telestar@live.com
Credits :+100
108.00 Credits, -30.00 Pending, 1055.00 Used -> 100 credits charged...+ ONLY 8 = 108 credits in my account!!!! Where are the other credits????

8.00 Credits, -30.00 Pending, 1055.00 Used -> Canceled a request, credits returned (?????), but only 8 credits in my account...36 credits...in the air again!!!!

8.00 Credits, -30.00 Pending, 1055.00 Used -> 44 - 36 = 8 credits remained!
Be carefull!!!!! -36 unlock request, but only 30 credits pending!!!! 6 were lost in...the air probably!

Please help me! Tell me who's wrong! I've sent probably 10 email to james but I got no solution..."the credits were returned" <- BUT NOT!!!!, "send for verification in server" <- BUT THERE'S NO VERIFY OPTION ON A CANCELED REQUEST!!!!
People on forum, make some (right) calculation and post to tell. Sorry for my English. THANKS!

P.S. In this moment I have 2 unlock request: iPhone Movistar Spain: 30 CREDITS and Vodafone Spain BB5: 36 CREDITS; 30 + 36 = 66!!!! And my account info is: Credits: 7.00 ( 36.00 Pending, 1090.00 Used )
What's happening????
