hi support,

i still havent receive your unlock code after the time given, what happen? how still i have to wait? it already after 48hrs

The time in the server is a general guideline, there can be delays at some moments, delays we can't anticipate.
Be more specific about your job, how was it added, by IMEI or by Operator, if by Operator then what is the Operator.
Try to provide more details when starting yet another topic asking about some code, otherwise it's a pretty useless post...
