Hello,

i have problem whith receive the code for a Blackberry 8700. The added date in server was 15 july and today is 19 august.

Phone Brand: BLACKBERRY
1:37:25 PM > Phone Model: 8700f
1:37:25 PM > Unlock Type: Unlock by Imei
1:37:25 PM > Option: WorldWide (all Networks)
1:37:25 PM > IMEI: 357646007******
1:37:25 PM > Comments:

This job does not exist in the new server, meaning it was not added correctly and you weren't given a ticket number.
You should have noticed that, since I'm assuming the credits are pending for this phone as well.
Anyway, bottom line is that this job was never present in the server, if you want the code you should add it again.

I have 25 logs in 'pending' in server sir! Why the server was take the logs if 'the job was not corectly added'?

Check now, the 25 pending credits should no longer be there.
