| or another proper thing for allgsmunlock team to do is to be online and to stop all these lies like 'your code will be in server tonight' ... i can understand that they have delays or problems , but stop taking us as fools ... you have no support online i tried to speak to riadh on msn , but when de found out it was related to codes and server , he stopped responding |

| You have to understand this is not a 100% guaranteed method to unlock a phone and you have to take that into consideration when explaining thing to your customers. Sometimes there can be delays, some longer than others, and because the customer expects the phone to be ready at a certain time he won't want to leave it any longer in your shop. You have to make them understand from the beginning that this is their only hope to unlock that particular phone (because I suppose you use allgsmunlock when there is no other method available) and it's better to leave the phone in your shop a little longer if necessary rather than keep it and not be able to use that particular phone. I am sorry for those of you who have lost money, sometimes there may have been some problems with the server, but most of the times is because you haven't managed to make your customer understand. |
